Our Goal
We want you to love every bag of beans you receive. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not up to our standards, we’ll make it right.

Not Eligible for Return or Refund

* Any bag that has been opened or partly consumed (except for verified quality issues).
* Coffee returned after the time windows above.
* Gift cards and digital downloads.

How to Start a Claim

1. Send an e‑mail to support@cincinnatuscoffee.com with your order number in the subject line.
2. Attach clear photos if there is physical damage.
3. We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps, a prepaid label (if applicable), and confirmation of your replacement, credit, or refund.

Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive (or waive) the return.

1. Information Accuracy We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, roast dates, and brew tips are current and correct. However, errors can occur, and all information is provided “as‑is” without warranties of any kind.
2. Taste Variability – Coffee is an agricultural product; flavor notes can vary by harvest, storage, and personal palate. We cannot guarantee you will perceive every tasting note exactly as described.
3. Allergens & Dietary Concerns – Our facility roasts only coffee beans and does not process nuts, soy, or gluten. That said, we cannot guarantee that raw coffee sourced from farms and importers has never come into incidental contact with other food products.
